1 diced avocado
2 cups crawfish tails
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1 freshly squeezed lemon
Cilantro to taste

Instructions
- Combine cherry tomatoes, avocado, crawfish tails, and red onion in a medium bowl.
- Squeeze lemon over mixture. Add cilantro, salt, and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Gently toss mixture.
- Serve with pita chips.
