New England inspired. Cajun created. This simple recipe recreates a classic New England lobster roll with a Cajun twist.
Ingredients
2 baguette rolls
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/2 lb. cleaned & seasoned crawfish tails
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Fresh lemon
Fresh chives to garnish
Instructions
- Split rolls down the center and brush with melted butter.
- In a medium bowl, combine seasoned crawfish tails and mayo.
- Mix and scoop into buttered baguettes.
- Spritz with fresh lemon and top with chopped chive.
- Serve with kettle chips. Enjoy!
